Premier support is our support service agreement and can be purchased for $99/user/year for LatticeFramework Studio Professional.

Premier Support entitles you to the following:

• Free product enhancement updates.
• Access to technical support help from the LatticeSoft support staff with a guaranteed response time of 2 business days.
• Guaranteed free upgrade to the next major version of LatticeFramework Studio.

Each purchase of LatticeFramework Studio comes with 30 days of Premier Support and can be upgraded to a year.
